I was born and raised on Gilbert Lake just north of Brainerd and spent a lot of time as most kids do around here, boating, fishing, and enjoying everything this part of the country has to offer. While obtaining my business degree at the University of Minnesota Duluth, I met my wife Kari. We have two kids and they do a great job of keeping us busy in our off time.
My parents got me going in real estate at an early age. I bought my first rental house at 10 years old so it's safe to say it's in my blood. In high school I worked as a REALTOR'S assistant, then worked at two brokerages in Duluth while going to school, finally returning to Brainerd in January, 2005 to start my full time career as a REALTOR.
