Shady Nook Resort & Campground presents a rare opportunity to acquire an established lakefront resort and campground property situated on 18.63 acres with approximately 720 feet of shoreline on beautiful, spring-fed Pike Lake. Located just outside Cornell and within easy reach of Chippewa Falls, Eau Claire, and Holcombe, the property offers substantial existing infrastructure and multiple potential revenue streams for a new owner. Improvements include a full bar and restaurant with lakeside deck dining and event/banquet space, a recently updated 2-bedroom, 2-bath owner’s quarters or rental, two cozy rental cabins, a 3,700-square-foot pole building with boat storage rental potential, and 40 seasonal and short-term RV campsites. Additional amenities include a private concrete boat landing, 13 docks, sandy beach, outdoor live music area, children’s play area, scenic walking trails, and direct access to a large ATV/UTV trail system plus other recreational opportunities surrounding Pike Lake. The business is currently closed, providing a new owner the opportunity to reopen and reestablish the resort and campground operation, reposition the property, or explore additional uses and future expansion. With extensive waterfront, established improvements, campground infrastructure, and a desirable recreational setting, Shady Nook offers a unique opportunity to bring a well-known Pike Lake destination back to life.
